- Use the activity actions menu or the GPX button above the map.
- Download the .gpx file and upload it to Foil Run.

Foil Run starts from a recorded GPS activity. Export a timestamped GPX from your watch, water-sports app, or Strava, then drop it into Analyze.
Use a recorded session, not a planned route.
Foil Run needs time on each track point to calculate speed and segments.
Upload the .gpx export. FIT and TCX are future candidates, not current imports.
A route file can show where to go, but may not include when you were there. Foil Run needs a recorded activity GPX with timestamps so speed, wind lookup, trimming, and segment detection can work.
Export paths
If your app can export GPX or sync to Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, or Waterspeed, it probably has a path into Foil Run.
The Strava app is not the reliable GPX export path. Use the website.
If Garmin gives you a zipped FIT file instead, unzip it. Foil Run still needs GPX today.
Waterspeed documents GPX export as a Pro feature and can also sync with Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Vakaros, Strava, and Apple Health.
Apple Health can export all health data, but that is a bulk XML/route archive. A small GPX export app is usually easier.
Suunto only offers GPX for workouts with GPS. FIT may contain more sensor detail, but Foil Run imports GPX today.
COROS recommends FIT when heart-rate detail matters. GPX is enough for Foil Run track geometry and timing.
Polar also exports FIT, TCX, and CSV. Pick GPX for Foil Run.
WorkOutDoors can also export FIT or TCX and can upload to Strava.
Export whatever your tracker gives you and send a note through Feedback. If it is a GPX with GPS points and timestamps, Foil Run should be able to read it. If it is FIT, TCX, CSV, or a route-only GPX, that is useful product input for the import backlog.
